Review of the Registered Dealers in Controlled Oil scheme (RDCO)
The RDCO scheme was introduced on 1 April 2003 as part of a package of
measures aimed at combating the trade in illicit fuel, with the intention of
protecting both the revenue and legitimate traders.
We are continually looking to improve and update the processes involved, for
the benefit of both the trade and HMRC, and so are now undertaking a review of
